I have cooked and tried on this recipe, well it is indeed a unique sauce, packed with umami savory flavor, I think that is a way to describe it. Correct me as sometimes I'm out of vocabulary when trying to describe the taste.
I have tried this sauce on different dishes, like fried eggs, baked potatoes and fried chicken. They all turned out delicious. To heighten the taste further, add some bird eye chili and prawn paste, it tastes totally different.
Looks amazing, I've yet to try this sauce but it looks like I'm in for a treat when i do 😄
