Introduction

This recipe is taken from a recipe magazine, "Home Recipes Digital Editions 2015" published by Media24. My intent is to test out the recipe to see if it works for me. I found the recipe interesting as I was researching for a recipe to test. I have never cooked this recipe before. It was the first time. I recorded my cooking step-by-step based on the recipe instruction in a video. I followed the ingredients as listed. As this is not my recipe, I will not share the written ingredients and instructions on this post due to copyright. When I first read this recipe, I knew it is going to be different from a standard, traditional Indian curry - butter chicken. In a standard traditional butter chicken, the curry gravy is smooth, creamy, rich and sweet. This, at least, is the type of butter chicken that I've tried in the past either at an Indian restaurant, food court or takeaway.
